“I had also, at same time used Mr. Consolo to sell my previous home. It was a combined selection. He had gotten a much higher price than I considered possible for my former home. He is a talented salesman. The reason for my move was that I was unable to take any more of a difficult neighbor (owner of the other half of a"condex.").
